Ascend Psychiatry delivers all care via telehealth. Our providers are licensed in Massachusetts, Delaware, and Utah, and services are provided accordingly.

Scope of Telehealth Services

• Psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management
• Therapy and follow-up sessions

Patient Rights

• Right to informed consent and privacy
• Right to withdraw or request in-person options (if available)
• Must be physically present in a licensed state during sessions

Limitations

• Not for crisis or all conditions
• Technology failures may affect care
• Patients are responsible for a private, secure environment
