How do I change or cancel an appointment?
• Please call/text 508-296-0875 or MYIO message the front desk. Please do not message your provider about your appointments as they do not handle the scheduling. Â
Are there any policies that I should be aware of?
• Yes, we require 48 hour notice for all appointment changes as well as we have a no show fee for any missed appointments.Â
How do I access my appointment?
• Please login into your MYIO portal and click on your appointment. It will be displayed right on the dashboard.Â
